These are typically around $1.80 – $2.50 extra per unit, we prefer to keep this flexible and handle pricing via custom quotes depending on model and quantity.

Our Custom USB Ordering Process  

Provide Artwork

We accept all common file formats, including AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, and high-resolution PNG/JPG.

We set up artwork and provide proofs free of charge, and can prepare files for print as needed. Usually this just helps with getting orders over the line.

Choose Your Required Capacities

Most commonly ordered capacities are 4GB–16GB.

We can also supply smaller and larger options, ranging from approximately 500MB up to 256GB, depending on requirements. Orders involving units with a capacity of 64GB or greater require a custom quote.

We usually ask clients to confirm what files they intend to load onto the USBs prior to ordering, so the correct capacity can be selected based on actual file size rather than estimates.

Production Time

Once artwork is approved, standard production time is 8–12 business days. This generally applies across all quantities and product types.

Shipping

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide. No minimum order value applies. This is usually an express shipping unless its a really large order (in box size).

To get the best out of our custom logo printing, please provide your logo in PDF format with a minimum 300 dpi. We will request your logo after your order has been quoted and submitted.

If there are any faulty drives, we replace them once the faulty units are returned to us.
