DiskBank is a true leader in digital media manufacturing within Australia. Over the past decade, through knowledge and passion, DiskBank has seen dramatic growth within its digital transfer and conversion services; providing quality film, video, audio and image conversions for broadcasting organisations, Government departments, iconic Australian brands, Universities and everyday people!

This Service incorporates the design, development, authoring and transfer of all media formats from film (super 8, 8mm, 16mm), video tapes, audio (reel to reel, vinyl, cassettes), slides, negatives and photos to a digital format.

Your role:
- Provide top quality customer service to new and existing clients.
- Communicate the expectations of clients to the production and accounts departments
- Drive sales and grow client databases
- Develop relationships over the phone, email and in person
- Provide prospective clients with accurate and timely quotations
- Meet sales targets
- Generate new business leads

To excel in this position you will need to possess;

- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- A sales focus and business mindset
- The ability to work autonomously
